SPX Sports Registration Requires (3) Steps
They Are As Follows:
Step #1
SPX Sports Registrations are now submitted online.

Sports OnLine Registrations
Returning Users
If you use the SPX online Lunch or Scrip ordering system, you will enter your same Orgs OnLine login code to access the SPX Sports Registration system.
If you can't recall your password (or don't know if your prior account is still active) select the "Forgot My Password" option to have the system send your password to your email address.
First Time Users
Select the "New Users Click Here" option on the login page, then enter the SPX school code (which you should have received from the SPX athletic committee). If you do not have the SPX "school code" contact the following person and ask that she send it to you. Send email request to:

or find her phone number in the parish directory and call her.
The first time you register for a SPX sport you will create a family "sports" account. Once your family's sports account is setup you can use that for all future sports registrations.
After submitting sports registrations for your family, select the Amount Due option -- then print that and send it to the parish
office at the church (or school office) with payment for the amount due attached. Please
do not send to sports coordinators. Coordinators will receive
a separate list of players for each individual
sport.
Step #2 - CYO OnLine Registration
Each parent must also register their child(ren) for all CYO sports
at the following website: www.cyoarchindy.org ---
then click on "Register Child". You will need to submit an
online registration for each child for each sport.
Note: We are working with CYO to hopefully eliminate the need for families to submit separate registration forms in the future. However, at this time families must submit the SPX registration form and the CYO registration form.
Step #3 - CYO Physical Forms
CYO Physical Forms are to be on file with the school, before a student participates in a sport. CYO Physical Forms are available
online at: http://www.cyoarchindy.org/athletics.aspx under "CYO
Athletic Eligibility Form".
